Wes Melcher

Wes Melcher is making a name for himself as one of the most dynamic and motivational speakers in the Direct Sales industry. Wes has spoken to crowds in excess of 5,000 people around the country. He has coached and trained over 100,000 sales representatives in all 50 States. Before he reached the age of 26 Wes Melcher had already earned over 1 Million Dollars in commissions. Wes was the youngest Manager in the history of Vector Marketing (a sixty year old direct sales company) to do 10 Million Dollars in sales, where he was also the youngest person promoted to Division Manager. He has been contracted as a consultant for several start-ups and established companies in the United States, Australia, and New Zealand. Mr. Melcher has helped start more than half a dozen companies in the last 10 years, and most recently helped launch one of the Fastest Growing Travel Companies in the World called,"WorldVentures".He is currently a Top 5 Earner out of over 100,000 sales representatives with WorldVentures, and is also one of only three appointed National Sales Trainers. Wes has broken numerous National and International sales records, and has earned countless awards for Sales, Recruiting, Team Building, and Business Development.
