His broad experience covers manufacturing, supply chain analysis, strategic planning, and financial analysis. He has worked with several major retailers on Value Chain optimization projects. His interest in education led him to become an instructor in Finance which resulted in several international teaching assignments. Wayne’s extensive background helped him in creating several successful startup companies in his career. After leaving corporate America, he successfully started several small businesses of his own. He quickly saw how valuable his experience was to other small business owners.
