Treste Loving is retired from the U.S. Navy after 26 years of devoted selfless service. Proudly deployed twice for six months to the Persian Gulf serving on an aircraft carrier and successfully conducted organization assessments for over 5,000 during each demanding deployment.

Treste earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and graduated Sum Cum Laude and belongs to the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. She has 14 years of facilitation and leadership training experience in which she attended 10 senior leadership seminars and read over 50 leadership and management books.

Awarded six Navy personal accommodations for superior performance, most notably for her leadership and management in a crisis position after 9/11. She is an expert in organization assessments was invited on several occasions as an expert panel member at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute that trains all Defense Department military and civilian personnel. Employee of the Year in 1994 as a result of her superior performance.
