Timothy, following in his family’s footsteps started out in hotel management. After leaving the Jamaica Hotel School, he worked with Intercontinental Hotels Corporation, Issa Hotels and Hilton International. 

A die-hard car buff, he accepted the challenge to hone his customer service skills further in the area of car rental management, where he enjoyed a long and successful career with Economy Car Rentals and Hertz Canada.

Naturally attracted to buying and selling real estate on a personal level, Timothy also discovered a talent for decorating and home staging. The move to a career in real estate seemed a natural progression as he partnered with Paul Magnus in his successful Real Estate business at Coldwell Banker Terrequity Realty.
