Susan Rucker

Mrs. Rucker serves as a consultant with McCracken Alliance, LLC. She is a seasoned executive with thirty years of progressively responsible positions managing high performance teams and growing businesses.  She has served as a senior operating executive, audit and risk management partner, and consulting partner.  She has managed domestic and global businesses, growing them through internal initiatives and acquisitions. She is currently the President of VoiceMirror LLC, a technology company focused on voice analysis, and provides consulting services to high-growth businesses through Prospective Insights LLC.

Her experience is in healthcare (insurance and providers), professional services, and technology businesses.  Prior to her current positions, Mrs. Rucker served as Chief Operating Officer for a national professional services firm that doubled its revenue in three years.  Mrs. Rucker has managed P&Ls in excess of $100 million, designed and implemented new product line strategies, and overseen the growth and development of operational infrastructure.  Mrs. Rucker has held senior management positions at KPMG, Unisys, and Tatum LLC.

A skilled communicator and facilitator, she has worked with boards and CEOs developing and implementing of business strategy. 

Mrs. Rucker is a member of the Advisory Board of High Street Partners, Inc., an Inc. 100 company. She also serves on the boards of the Virginia Voice, the Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond, and River Road Church Endowment Fund.  A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, she served as the chair of the Assurance Services Executive Committee in 2000 – 2001.  She is a member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Corporate Directors.  She is a former board member of the Virginia Healthcare Financial Management Association. 

 Mrs. Rucker is a licensed CPA in the state of Virginia. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the College of William and Mary.
