Steven Droll

A hands-on senior financial executive who focuses on making the Finance function on being a problem-solver, not just a numbers keeper. Strong organizational skills have allowed me to develop leaders within the finance area who are capable of moving into other areas within the organization or into senior financial roles at other entities (internal or external). My management style has been effective in many different cultures from Argentina to Germany to Israel to Minnesota. With a strong background in finance, I look for opportunities where the finance function can work with other parts of the organization for the common goal of growing the company profitably. With almost 30 years of experience, I have had to work through a number of economic/financial crisis. I am ready to step into any challenging role and produce results, like I have in the past.
