Hi! - Thanks for looking me up.

My online presence here has been created to tell you a little more about me that I haven't included on Linked In.  Since graduating with my BS in Engineering from Cal Poly, I have worked as a construction manager on the owner's side for over 10 years.  Given my interest in air quality, (my college studies were in environmental engineering before they closed the department in 1984!) both outdoor and indoor, I have worked as a consultant providing testing services and recommendations for almost 20 years, concurrent with my construction management work.   

Another reason I created this online profile is because I have been working with my wife Susie during the last 4 to 5 years doing network marketing online and through person to person contact.  During this time, we have tested out quite a number and variety of business programs online - and yes, many of them are only scams in disguise, but believe it or not there are a few good ones.  What got us interested in this field was a chance meeting one of our neighbors.  We started with absolutely NO experience and found it very challenging trying to learn how it all worked.  Unfortunately, our initial ignorance led to us spending way too much money, but what kept us going was the fact that some people were able to make it work.  Also, the longer we stayed at it the more cool people we met - motivational speakers, really positive happy people and super nice multi-millionaires.  It was fun to hang out in that crowd and as we stuck to it, many things eventually became much clearer and then financially rewarding.  The best programs we've ever found on line can be seen at the following link:

I am really excited about the few opportunities presented at this site because I know they work.  When I think of all the time I wasted trying to find viable programs online I sure wish I could have found these programs years ago, but then, they didn’t exist then!
