Sibbley Gammon

Executive National Vice President

My husband, Tom Gammon, is a top radio station broker. Thankfully, he makes a very good living, so I was in a position where I did not need to work. In fact, I was not really excited about the thought of working or starting a business. It just sounded like it would be all about money, time, employees and inventory. I had no interest or intentions of venturing into the responsibility and effort involved in building any business!

However, in the spring of 2004, I found myself watching my mom,

ENVP Susan Hutton and my sister, ENVP Shannon Johnson, build very successful networks after having been in Arbonne for only two short years. I remember when Shannon first approached me and asked me to join her team. I turned her down saying it was not for me. I was too busy. Thankfully, that did not stop her!

Eventually, I did see the importance of getting involved with Arbonne’s product line. Joining Arbonne was an easy step to become more proactive when it came to my health, and the health of my family. So, my husband and I each started taking the nutritional supplements and protein shakes, and I began using the skin care, cosmetics and the PhytoProlief natural botanically-based Cream. In addition, I was not about to put just any products on my 5 month-old twins! It was the Arbonne Baby Care line all the way. As a family, we agreed it was important to be pro-active about our health and this was a way to do so, while being supportive of my mom and Shannon.

When anyone tells you they have no interest in this opportunity, watch how they come around as you gain success. That was my experience. In only 10 short months, Shannon and my mom were driving new, white Mercedes-Benzes they had earned through the Arbonne opportunity. By April 2004, I clearly felt I would be left behind.  Though, I was the last person in my family to get involved with Arbonne, I am very thankful I came around! We now have seven, white Mercedes-Benzes in the family.

As a team, we now have more than eight NVPs and a vast number of RVPs. They say, “teamwork makes the dream work” and we have a serious and dedicated team! At this point, I want to thank every person in our group and encourage you all to continue helping each other reach the potential to have financial peace!

I would love to say all of our success is based on talent;

however, I believe timing in this business has been the key. There

are 10 key points I like to make when inviting others to be on

our team: Economists forecast the health and wellness industry

has the potential to be a multi-trillion dollar industry; Arbonne

has grown exponentially in the last three years and has the

potential to continue to grow.

Arbonne has approximately 350
plus products in six different categories, all founded on the principles of pure, safe and beneficial ingredients. The Arbonne Institute of Research and Development, located in Switzerland, formulates its own products, and therefore, gives the company complete control over its product development and distribution.

Arbonne has the potential to offer a lucrative compensation

plan; Arbonne is a 25-year-old company and currently has

approximately 400,000 Consultants throughout the United

States, Puerto Rico and Canada, making it a relatively small

network and represents a huge opportunity for growth — in its

momentum stage; Arbonne was purchased by a private equity

firm called Harvest Partners in December 2004 — they have

financed Arbonne for future growth and brought on a new CEO,

CFO, COO and CIO; Arbonne has the potential to go global;

most of my business is run over the Internet and finally, there are

so many great products and business testimonies of people

winning in Arbonne.
