After growing up in Indiana, Sharita earned a Masters in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana State University. Although she began her professional career in Marketing and then moved to Purchasing, Operations, and Human Resources, the art of helping people has always been in Sharita's heart.

Sharita is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, National Association of African Americans in Human Resources and Women's Business Coaches.  She is also certified in Human Resources and Coaching, PHR and RCC, respectively.  Sharita has been a key speaker with the International Administration of Administrative Professionals and the Georgia Occupational Award of Leadership (GOAL) Conference.

In addition to helping countless individuals and small business owners through her company, Sharita has been requested to work with large corporations like Coca-Cola, MetLife, Home Depot, and Sears by their Human Resources teams.

When she isn't helping others better their professional and personal lives through her company, Sharita enjoys traveling with her husband and business partner, Stacy, and their son Sidney.  You might find her in Paris, her favorite vacation spot, or expanding her horizons in other yet to be experienced locales.
