Beyond that, he provided us with common sense methods to deal with the 
communications issues that challenge health insurance Agents.  I left his 
presentation with simple scripts that will certainly help me and my fellow 
agents sell more Health Insurance Policies.  I was especially impressed by 
the way he made use of sophisticated communication strategies in a practical 
manner without using esoteric terms.  I have a Masters Degree in counseling 
with a specialty in Interpersonal Communications.  I have taught
