Richard G Crawford’s multi-faceted career encompasses the Amusement business, filmmaking and interactive multimedia.
- Richard G Crawford began his career producing film reports for NASA and the Air Force for the space program. He then went on to do national TV commercials for Ford and Eastman Kodak, Arco, and others.
- Richard G Crawford was the first American director to produce a joint Soviet-American documentary, Americans and Glasnost.
- His 8 years of pioneering in interactive multimedia for training and education has earned his work a place at the Smithsonian Institute as an example of this medium.
- 1969 1980 In addition to his corporate and commercial work Richard G Crawford produced and directed, the award winning Captain Milkshake, the first dramatic full length motion picture to deal with the controversial issues around the Vietnam War which was recently, screened at the Sundance and Cinemateque Film Festivals.
- Richard G Crawford designed, built and internationally toured the world’s first laser multimedia theater, Laserdome. The 450 seat mobile theater that played to audiences for 3 years across the country and in Canada and Mexico. - 1980 1984 Richard G Crawford Produced/directed the Terry Cole-Whittaker National TV program. The program was the first to introduce “new thought” to the audiences of America. The program was distributed into 450 markets and had a viewing audience of 2 million. Sally Crawford headed up the fulfillment depart and coordinated and supervised all orders, correspondence, handling and shipping of all orders, requests, data entry and mail communications with the audience. Richard won an Emmy Award for outstanding religious program and a 2nd Emmy for the animation sequences used in the program. During this period Richard was associated with many celebrities and notables in the new thought movement including, Gavin Mc Cloud, Dennis Weaver, Tony Robbins, Shirley Mc Lain, Dianne Grey, Jerry Jampolski, and others.
- 1996—1998 Richard G Crawford served as the head of Staff for Recreation Foundation for the internationally famous author, of Conversations With God, Neale Donald Walsh. There he co-facilitated retreats with Neale and produced and directed television programs, audio books, multimedia and was in development of a feature film for Conversations With God.
- 1998—Present Richard G Crawford has expanded his ONE Productions corporate communications division to assist start up and second round funding companies in raising capital for growth and development. In the last two years ONE Productions video presentations have assisted several companies to raise more than $100 Million dollars for their projects.
- The company’s motion picture studio, Dreamtime Global Cinema is forming alliances with other independent studios to build a library of films for future sale and distribution. The company is currently developing "Glorious Wings" a modern day western about saving wild Mustangs from mindless slaughter.
