Rhea Posey, is the Executive Director, and co-Founder of Personal Growth Institute (PGI) a non-profit organization that serves At-risk youth in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. Ms. Posey is also a licensed and ordained minister and serves on the staff of Zoë Christian Fellowship. She brings over 20 years of experience working with urban and “at risk” youth in the community. Ms. Posey is an Authorized Provider of HIV/AIDS education through the American Red Cross and is nationally certified in several federal government approved abstinence education curricula. She has established abstinence programs in youth detention facilities, community centers, schools and church’s. She also sits on several community boards including Marietta Regional Youth Detention Center. Ms. Posey is often asked to travel across the country to speak and has been a featured guest on TBN. She has developed a Life Coaching curriculum for youth with a launch date of April 2008. This year she has partnered with Clayton County and Canton Jones Ministries to provide created programming for their youth and is working on an Alternative sentencing program with State Rep. Roberta Abdul-Salaam. To date Ms. Posey has reached over 20,000 young people with a message of success in life.
