Randy Ross

Dr. Randy Ross is founder and CEO (Chief Enthusiasm Officer) of Enthusiasm, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in team development and organizational health.  As a consultant and keynote speaker, Randy has a knack for encouraging people to live up to their God-given potential, challenging them to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

A graduate of Baylor University, Randy also holds two advanced degrees from Southwestern.  A pastor at heart, Randy understands the opportunities and challenges of corporate America.  He has traveled throughout the United States and internationally as a speaker, consultant and coach, building teams and developing leaders.

Before founding Enthusiasm, Inc., Randy served churches in Texas and Florida as pastor, was VP of Recruiting for HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation and later the Chief People Officer at North American Automotive Group.  He and his wife, LuAnne, live in Roswell, Georgia with their three children.
