3) the divestiture and process re-engineering of Monarch Marking Systems from Pitney Bowes to Paxar creating an addition $100 million in market value;

4) the consolidation of eight of M. A. Hanna’s plastics compounding businesses achieving dramatic reductions in product development and product delivery cycles; and

5) the development and implementation of a full suite of HR support systems for the consolidation of five free standing IT consulting firms that together formed PSINet Consulting Solutions.
