Patricia Schaefer

Patricia Schaefer has broad business, sales and marketing experience in both a large corporate environment and in starting and growing an independent periodontal office.

She is presently engaged as a project consultant for Mike McCracken, the Chairman and CEO of McCracken Alliance, LLC, an organization that focuses on utilizing business to business networks to support companies undergoing change. She also provides consulting to one of its alliance operations, One2World, LLC, which utilizes unique brand management techniques that integrate social media with a company’s performance management system.

 As owner of P. Schaefer Consulting, her business is dedicated to providing administrative solutions to businesses, organizations, and individuals. Her areas of expertise include organizational skills, human resources, dental office management, and sales and marketing.

As an office manager she was selected to lead start-up of a periodontal office where she established SOP’s and new system placements. Her multi-faceted and open-minded approach to overseeing all daily office functions, combined with her experience in public relations for a major wholesale membership club, enabled her to maximize office efficiency and client satisfaction. This approach served to streamline company image and boost sales.

Prior to this, Patricia served as a Personal Service Representative at Tatum LLC, the first National Professional CFO Firm in the nation which merged in 2010 with a $2 billion NYSE registrant.

Patricia manages running a freelance business with a part-time schedule as a student pursuing a Business and Human Resource Management degree. She recently achieved Dean's List of Distinction for winter 2010, was awarded the Orbis Scholarship for Excellence 2010, and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa.  

She is a member of the Gwinnett Citizens Fire Academy Alumni and is a board member and volunteer coordinator for the Friends Charity Golf Classic at TPC Sugarloaf. She has been involved in various community services with the Gwinnett Health and Human Services, Senior Services Division, student leadership, PTO President for LPS/Bay Creek and leader for Cub Scout Pack 535.  In addition to passionate community and family involvement, she is an avid recreational runner who enjoys partaking in various races from 5k’s up to completing a half iron man.
