Norm Boyd recently completed a successful seventeen years at AGCO Corporation in Senior Corporate Officer  positions. He has formed the consulting firm of International Business Advisors, LLC. Norm's focus in the future will be to assist companies as an advisor for international business expanisons and serve on Corporate Boards. 

Industry experience in the Agricultural and Construction Equipment business have been in both operational and organization development positions at the C Suite level:     

As a Senior Vice President & Officer of AGCO Corporation, whose primary brands are Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Valtra and Challenger, he has a multi-discipline leadership background. He was a part of the senior team who grew AGCO from a $200 million revenue North America start up in 1990 to a $8.5 billion global company. AGCO has become one of the top industry leaders with 75% of the company's revenue outside of North America. 

• As Senior Vice President Corporate Development for AGCO he was responsible for developing AGCO's first strategic plan as well as mergers & acquisitions.One of the U.S. acquisitions was the AG Division of Caterpillar
• Extensive background in working with dealer and distributor organizations in North America, Europe and South America.  
• For two years was the leader of AGCO's operations in Europe, Africa, Middle East where he was responsible for half the company's sales and a higher per cent of the profits.
• While living in Europe, he led the initial start up organizations in Russia and Ukraine      
• Previously, Norm was responsible for all brand marketing and P & L in North America as VP, Marketing.  
•  In 2004, a new CEO came to AGCO with the charge from the BOD to change from a growth plan through acquisitions to one of internal growth. At the request of the AGCO Board of Directors and the CEO, Norm was asked to take the role of Senior Vice President, Human Resources and develop a world class global HR team. 
• Over the next six years Norm, with no previous HR experince, he transformed a task oriented HR organization to one of a strategic partner with the operational functions.
• During this same period he was the management lead to the BOD Executive Compensation and Succession Planning Committees.
• During his last year at AGCO, Norm acted as a management mentor to the business units in Russia and China.    
• Early career positions in sales and marketing were with International Harvester, Case and Massey Ferguson.
• Mr. Boyd holds a B.S. Business Administration degree from Indiana University and completed the Executive Management Program at the Tuck School of Dartmouth College.
• Completed the 2009 Directors' College at the UGA Terry School  
• In 2009 Norm was appointed by Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue to the Board of Community Health. This Board is responsible for a $12 billion dollar budget for state Healthcare.
