Nancy Allen, Corporate Coach and Training Professional

Nancy Allen has more acronyms associated with her name than NASA. Well, maybe not, but it sure seems like it. Nancy, who is the co-founder and president of Impact Training & Development, has vast experience with training programs and organizations that cover almost every alphabetical configuration possible.

But, rather than try to sort through all of Nancy's qualifications and certifications, it is easier if you just remember that she does the following: Teaches business professionals how to be better at work, home and play so they can get the most out of their personal and professional lives.

Nancy is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) who is authorized to conduct coaching and training workshops through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC). She is certified in nationally recognized programs such as Inscape, DDI and Achieve Global and often trains the trainers in world class seminars and webinars.

The list of success stories for Nancy and Impact Training & Development reads like a Who's-Who of successful businesses. Nancy has worked with and designed coaching and training programs for conglomerates like AOL, Coca Cola and RICOH. What sets Nancy apart from the myriad of other business trainers and coaches is the fact that her most important client is her next one, no matter how big or small that client may be.

When she isn't teaching others how to improve their lives, Nancy enjoys traveling, photography and spending time with friends, family and the owner of the house - George the cat. The highlight of Nancy's travels occurred a few years ago on "The Best of Italy," a trip that featured visiting most of the focal points of the country. Last year she spent several weeks in Shanghai China, and Bejing, an amazing experience.

Nancy has a Masters Degree in Counseling from John Carroll University, a Bachelors Degree in Education from Kent State University and is a graduate of a two-year professional program from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.

Among her professional memberships are the American Society for Training & Development, Georgia Coach Association, the Society for Human Resource Managers and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.

Nancy was born in Cleveland, Ohio and has lived in Atlanta for the past 10 years.
