Monique Williams

Monique Williams is a wife, mother and licensed insurance professional whose company, My Benefits Direction is a consulting and insurance and financial services company that  specializes in working with small businesses who don't have a Human Resources/ Benefits department.  My Benefits Directions  help small business owners hire and retain good employees by providing and allowing them to have access to benefits that can be employee contributed only.  My Benefits Direction provide services from Health to Credit Restoration to business owners for their employees.  

Monique's desire to work with the small business market , is that sometimes business owners don't have the time or simply don't know where to go to assist their employees with taking care of their needs outside of the workplace such as getting  individual/family health coverage, setting up a retirement plan, taking care of their credit problems or assisting them with purchasing their own home.  My Benefits Directions assist in all those areas.

 
Monique is a graduate of Texas Southern University with a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Management.  As stated above, Monique is a  licensed insurance professional who has been in the insurance and benefits administration industry for 10 years.

She  is an up and coming entrepreneur whose key purpose is to Help Others with any business she is involved in.
