Mike West

Mike West is a former logistics executive with decades of management experience.  He was a General Manager of the Exel North American Logistics Facility in South San Francisco, Ca. and Western Regional Director for Skyway Freight Systems, and a supervisor for Western Airlines at the San Francisco International Airport.

Mike left the Bay Area in 2002 and moved to El Dorado Hills, CA, up hill from Sacramento, and became a Realtor and Sr. Loan Consultant.  He has been a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors a Top Achiever member of the El Dorado County Association of Realtors since then.

Mike helps buyers find their dream home at the best possible price; he helps sellers find buyers and borrowers get their optimal loan at the lowest rate.  Mike’s clients don’t get involved with flakey loans that end in foreclosure.

He has obtained the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation and is a member of their advanced program.  They help distressed home owners avoid foreclosure by educating them in the proper steps to take to maximize their chances of keeping their homes.

Mike is willing to sit down with any home owner who is behind with their mortgage payments to discuss their best course of action. There is no charge for this service.  If their best option is to sell their home in a Short Sale, he will handle that an negotiate with their lien holder to get the best result possible.
