Michael Aurelius Sofia

I am  a licensed Mortgage Planner and Equity Repositioning Specialist who resides in Austin, Texas.  He works largely with central Texas realtors, past customers and their valued referrals. 

I specialize in all forms of residential, commercial, lot, construction, investment and large acreage loan transactions.  In addition, a variety of Pledged Asset Programs that allow a client to use liquid assets other than cash to facilitate the purchase of a real estate transaction.  In many cases this allows them to borrower up to 100% of the sales price thus allowing them to maintain their current investment/ portfolio strategy.

Aurelius is married to Ginger Lea McGill of Marble Falls, Texas and has two sons, Trey and Greyson.
