Karen Rogalski was born in Port Clinton, Ohio and has lived in the
Ms. Rogalski earned a Bachelor’s Degree from
Ms. Rogalski has worked with children and their families since 1976 interfacing on a professional level with educational and social service systems of government since that time. During the Governor Voinovich administration she was a part of the premier state team of Family and Children First that promoted different public agencies to work together to meet the needs of children and their family. Ms. Rogalski was the Assistant to a Lucas County Commissioner, interfacing with all aspects of county government and developed acommunity reputation for the “office that gets things done”.
Ms. Rogalski believes that government and business can work together for the economic success of your company and our nation. She has a record of building relationships and is very approachable.
Ms. Rogalski set up an internship program in her office. Students from local high schools and local colleges have learned skills that have opened doors for employment in both the private and public sector. She is a Board Member of Davis Business College.
Ms. Rogalski currently works both on the Federal level in Government as a consultant with HHS and on the Township level. Her company contracts with businesses and individuals that interface with government.
Passions (other than business and government):
As an over achiever, Ms. Rogalski is a master gardener and enjoys perennials and annuals. She is a yoga practitioner. Ms. Rogalski belongs to a sewing guild and enjoys garment construction. She is the co-president of the NW Ohio Naval Academy Parents Club and will be chairing the all academy military ball for2008.
Ms. Rogalski has taught and lectured on a variety of subjects. She has written policies and training material for governmental agencies.
