Our vision is to provide businesses and professionals with human capital branding tools and services that give them a leading edge in today’s competitive market.  Understanding that a company is only as good as its people, One2World is focused on enhancing a business’ brand by enhancing the brand of its key people.  We believe it is not only “what and who you know”, but - most importantly – it is “who knows you and what you bring to the table”.  Your message about you as a company and as an individual representative of a company is crucial to your success.

Julie’s experience as both a corporate officer in the Fortune 500/1000 arena, and as an entrepreneur, give her a unique background in leadership and consulting with both individuals and organizations to aid them in setting themselves apart from the crowd.  Julie believes that companies, as well as the individuals that comprise organizations, need to recognize and leverage the strengths of their individual and collective brand. For companies, it’s leveraging their human capital assets; for individuals, it’s utilization of strategic tools which create the most effective brand for them in building the business.  Her perspective from a client services standpoint comes from many years of cultivating and managing client and affiliate partner relationships and working with others to enhance their deliverables.

Julie’s background in financial and investment banking brings diverse experience in market expansion and client relations. Her experience and expertise in the creation and development of strong relationships is used to blend human capital branding with business strategies with a grass roots approach in marketing a company’s brand.  Building and expanding market share through relationships is her sweet spot.  Developing cohesive brands between companies and their professionals is a key component of that relationship.

Julie’s career has included being a partner with RightPath Resources Inc., a Talent and Leadership Development Firm, where she remains a partner and key consultant to development activities.  She joined the RightPath team in 2007 after twenty plus years in Sales and Leadership in the Fortune 500 arena.  Julie routinely partners with Fortune 500 and other fast growing companies and nonprofit organizations throughout the United States and globally to bring leadership and talent development to their most valuable asset – their people.

Julie’s focus on development of human capital and strong belief that the brand perception of the company is heavily influenced by the individual brand of its employees created the spring board for One2World LLC and its Human Capital Brand Management Solutions Methodology.  Understanding how to manage the collaborative brands of one’s key professionals enables companies to capitalize on individual efforts and maximize marketing efforts for a broader and more loyal client base.  Merging efforts from both company brand and employee brand creates consistency and authenticity which is the differentiator to a successful long-term client relationship.

A native of Charlotte, NC, and an avid Tarheel both by birth and choice, Julie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and is a member of the International Coaches Federation, Georgia Coaches Association, Human Capital Institute, American Society of Training and Development, Society of Human Resource Managers, and participated in the first Atlanta Nonprofit Leadership Coaching Learning Circle. Julie has also cultivated strategic partnerships with other organizations to support their efforts in development one of which is UGA Terry College of Business.

Mother to seven beautiful and talented children and wife to A. Michael McCracken, Founder and Chairman of McCracken Alliance LLC, Julie’s interests revolve around her passion to develop companies and people that want to get to the next level. This is seen not only in her professional career, but also among family and friends. Whether it involves individuals, teams or corporations, Julie has a special interest in young leaders, creating awareness in emotional intelligence and helping prepare those that want to excel in their leadership, developing the brand and soft skills that, if left to chance, could get in the way of aspiring careers and limit the success of companies they lead.
