John Maiorino

John Maiorino, President of Merit Associates has conducted over 2,500 workshops worldwide, including 15 countries on five continents.  His work, as both a consultant, speaker, executive coach and seminar leader includes: strategic planning and strategic implementation, 10 different types of leadership courses, team selling skills, service quality, various management subjects, and communication skills.  Included in these programs are over 100 various subjects in modern theories of business practices.

In addition to his training and consulting background, John has managed over 1,000 sales executives with industry leaders in consulting, information technology and finance.  His personal experience combined with years of teaching provides a valuable contribution to every session. 

John is a keynote speaker at conventions, sales events or leadership conferences, with a range of presentations and subjects.  As a speaker, John has spoken at conventions for: Chase Bank, the American Banking Association, National Insurance Underwriters, California Mortgage Bankers, Fannie Mae, and a host of other prestigious organizations.   He holds degrees from UNH in Engineering and Marketing.
