Jess Davis
Jess Davis is a trial lawyer exclusively representing plaintiffs injured physically or financially by the wrongful conduct of others. He is currently lead counsel in numerous personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and business litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the Southeast.
Prior to joining Brogdon, Davis & Adams, LLC, he was a member of the Litigation & Trial Practice Group at Alston & Bird in Atlanta, Ga., where he focused primarily on antitrust and other complex commercial litigation. Mr. Davis has published several articles, and has contributed to leading treatises, in the area of antitrust law.
Prior to joining Alston & Bird, he served as an aide to U.S. Congressman Richard Ray, U.S. Congressman Mac Collins, and U.S. Senator Paul Coverdell. He was also a member of U.S. Senator Robert Dole's 1996 presidential campaign team.
He is the founder of the Animal Rescue Legal Society, a network of lawyers throughout Georgia that provides pro bono legal services to animal welfare organizations, and devotes a substantial amount of time to animal welfare efforts. Mr. Davis is also an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, where he currently serves on the Membership Committee. A native of Columbus, Georgia, he received his undergraduate degree from Columbus State University and his law degree from Mercer University.
