Jess Davis
Jess Davis is a trial lawyer who represents plaintiffs in wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases in Georgia and throughout the Southeast, with a particular focus on premises liability and medical malpractice cases. Prior to founding Davis Adams, LLC, Jess was a member of the Litigation & Trial Practice Group at Alston & Bird in Atlanta, Ga., where he focused primarily on antitrust and other complex commercial litigation. He has published several articles, and contributed to leading treatises, in the area of antitrust law. Prior to joining Alston & Bird, Jess served as an aide to U.S. Congressman Richard Ray, U.S. Congressman Mac Collins, U.S. Senator Paul Coverdell, and U.S. Senator Robert Dole.
A native of Columbus, Georgia, Jess, his wife, Kristen, and their two sons, Ben and Noah, live in the Oakhurst area of Decatur, Georgia, where they are active members of First Baptist Church of Decatur![]()
