Jennifer Spivey
In 2006, Jennifer became the third Ecobroker® Certified real estate professional in Georgia. Since then she has become an enthusiastic advocate for the program. In 2008, she became the first Ecobroker® Certified Instructor in Georgia. Jennifer’s goal is to make basic environmental and building science an important component of all real estate professionals’ education, regardless of what segment of the real estate market they target.
As a partner in Power Realty Partners, she helps environmentally conscious developers, builders, and investors buy, develop, and sell real estate. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Geology, has more than a decade of environmental, land development, and real estate experience in both the public and private sectors,and is a LEED® Accredited Professional. She lives in downtown Atlanta with her husband, two cats, and a bird.
