Jason Dauble has been a Professional Chef since graduating from the Atlanta School of Culinary Arts with Honors in 1993. Prior to that, Jason went to school for architectural design and minored in Hospitality. Jason has studied under some of Atlanta’s best chefs, including, Gerry Klaskala of The Buckhead Diner, Canoe, and Aria. Garrie Mennie of Spago, The Ritz Carlton, Taurus. Chris and Michelle Sedgewick of Van Gogh’s, and Shaun Doty of Mumbo Jumbo, Mid City Cuisine, and Shaun’s.
Jason’s taste for design led him out of the kitchen in 2000 to open Atlanta’s mega-club, Eleven50. This club remained one of the hottest places to be seen for 6 years. During that time, Jason was Director of Operations for the club and developed the Catering Division now called the Atlanta Events Center.
With stints at places like Van Gogh’s, South City Kitchen, Canoe, Vinings Inn, and Table 1280 Jason now has a reputation for 3 Star Food and Service. Along with daily operations at these establishments Jason has been involved in a number of off premise events such as Chef’s Without Hats, Taste of Atlanta, The Flavor of Atlanta, SOS Dinner, Food & Wine Demo, and the Green Market at Piedmont Park.
Having partnered in 3 Atlanta-based restaurant concepts, Jason's goal is to make roam his best endeavor yet by joining creative food concepts with a "pinch" of New York coffee shop atmosphere and a "dash" of state-of-the-art conference center. Jason's creative mind and detailed touch for design gives roam its welcome appeal and an experience that will surely please your senses the very second you walk through the door.
