The goal for everyone should start with developing a foundation, right?  However, some people seem to forget or are reluctant to take steps back to assess the situation.  Walls can pop up and without warning in any situation  to protect any one of us from criticism or to hide fear.  The walls can surround us and serve to erode the very foundation under our feet.  The walls may also serve to protect us from further attacks.  I will afford you an opportunity to be

I understand the difficulties in everyday life and the problems associated with an ongoing conflict or difficult situation.   I rely heavily on what my grandfather taught me as a young boy in Iowa.   Actively listen to others first, access, discuss and then continue to discuss every possible solution to meet the goal set for ourselves everyday.  What makes this approach stand above all other concepts or motivational programs, will be my ability to take a proactive and positive approach to your problems or situation.
