I have over 20 years of experience as an accomplished global management leader, with progressive experience spearheading multi-million dollar projects and manufacturing plant operations for world-class organizations. 

 

Notable achievements include:

 

·         Saved company $700K+ in labor costs during tenure through implementing lean manufacturing techniques.

·         Enhanced plant efficiency by 20% as measured by dryer output through machine modification and structured goals for each operator.

·         Improved finishing defects by 31% and fabric waste by 15% from 2001 – 2006 through weekly quality meetings that prioritized top defects and developed plan of action for each identified defect.

·         Successfully reconditioned/transferred all required equipment from Wagram, North Carolina plant to Lahore, Pakistan by collaborating with supervision team.

·         Trained/mentored Pakistan managers in U.S. manufacturing techniques, quality control, safety/testing procedures. 

·         Directed $62M joint venture to build a 730K square foot finishing, fabrication, and distribution facility in Lahore, Pakistan.   Oversaw plant layout / equipment selection. 

·         Led 3-shift, 1.7M-pound capacity textile finishing plant employing 220 hourly/salary staff.  Plant maintenance reported to me as Plant Manager.  Responsible for plant maintenance including two 40,000 pound boilers.
