James Willard

James considers himself a native of Atlanta having lived there since 1982. He graduated High School from Chamblee High in 1989. After a brief stint at Georgia State University and working full time, he decided to attend college full time at Berry College in Rome Georgia.

In 1995, James graduated from Berry College with a B.S. in Marketing and a Minor in Communications. After some travelling in Europe and soul searching, James started his path down the finance industry in 1998. In 2002 he opened is own Brokerage Firm-Executive Financial LLC. Since then, James has opened up a Realty Executives Franchise in Atlanta Georgia with his partners David Kilpatrick and Chip Walsh. As of March 2008 they have 5 offices in the North Atlanta area with a total of about 150 Real Estate Executives. Our vision is to be the exclusive home of Full Time Realtors in North Atlanta.

While at Berry College, James met his future wife Carrie Travers. They were married on October 27, 2001 in Negril Jamaica. They currently reside in Dunwoody and recently made an addition to their family... Jonah Dylan Willard.
