My Bio

Jairek has his B.A. in Psychology from the University of San Diego. He has spent more than 500+ hours attending, reading and studying personal development and human potential. After graduating he has worked his way into a position with the Anthony Robbins companies. Starting with the company he spent 3 years with the non-for-profit foundation as public relation.

He was then invited into the coaching division where he took on the task of coaching individuals one-on-one for over a year assisting in their Real Estate, Entertainment, Banking and sales careers.

Now, Jairek advises and consults with Fortune 500 companies, executives,
managers and sales professionals in the areas of Peak Performance,
leadership, organizational behavior, psychology of achievement and sales.
Jairek conducts training sessions for distinguished audiences including
The U.S. Army, Toyota, Ford, Remax, Coldwell Banker, Prudential, Century 21, Citibank, Marriott, American Express Financial, Bank of America, Washington Mutual, and Chambers of Commerce all over the United States. Jairek uses Anthony Robbins’ Peak Performance Strategies to help companies to unleash their full human potential. Jairek has a passion for inspiring people and helping them to achieve their full potential and dreams.

In working towards his greatest passion of assisting others he achieved a 2008 Congressional Award, Gold Medal.
