Who is Howard Silvermintz?

You can call Howard Silvermintz your Insurance Services Super Center.  He is a tremendous asset to those seeking advice or understandable perspectives on this difficult subject.  Howard is the president of Insuratlanta, Inc., a company that helps clients with everything from life insurance to life planning and more.

Howard began helping others with their insurance needs in 1987. No matter what insurance topic you may have a question about, Howard can probably answer it. He has achieved two of the industry's highest certifications - CLU and ChFC.  He is a hard worker and is always finding new ways to improve his services to his clients.

CLU means that Howard is a Chartered Life Underwriter, which is the most respected designation of insurance expertise. ChFC means that Howard is a Chartered Financial Consultant who has taken six post-degree classes in that area of specialization.

Why Howard?

Howard knows how to listen to his clients (and his wife, too.)  Howard's quiet confidence comes through in honest, very straight forward, easy to understand solutions to their needs.  He is a client advocate and will go to the mat with insurance companies to collect on client claims, ranging from maternity to cancer, broken backs, and mental nervous conditions to suicide, attempted suicide and normal death.  As much as he likes working with forty plus insurance carriers, he enjoys working with his clients (who become friends) even more.

What Has Howard Done?

Always with a wit and flair for the fun and interesting, Howard fondly recalls post college days of managing bars within the Marriott Hotels - with "never a dull moment."  His most exciting memories are of marrying his wife of many years, personally witnessing Mark McGwires sixty second home run in St.Louis, and spending a month in Europe with his brother.

When He's Not Working.Howard Enjoys-

When he isn't helping others plan for a more secure financial future, Howard enjoys traveling, to Israel, Spain and the Rock of Gibraltar, being three of the most pleasurable places he's been.  He also enjoys hanging out with his bride of many years, calling her the funniest person he knows, always guaranteed to bring a smile to his face.  He likes to ride his bike, read, watch movies and play with his French Bulldog.

Howard also loves following his favorite sports teams from his home state of Missouri - the Missouri Tigers and the St. Louis Cardinals.  Since he has lived in the metro Atlanta area since the 1980s, Howard is also passionate about the Atlanta Falcons and Thrashers, being a season ticket holder for the birds on ice since the start.  His favorite sports-related trip was to the British Open to see the Golden Bear, Jack Nicklaus's final run.
