Grant Diggles

Grant Diggles is the owner of The Cummings Group a coaching, consulting and management company.

We focus on helping small business owners achieve growth, joy and wealth in their professional careers that helps to bring balance to their personal lives. We are not industry specific as we work with individuals to affect positive change from the inside out of their organization. We do not focus on traditional business planning as, our experience has taught us after working with nearly thousands of clients, they are not used by the average small business owner. We work with the individual, their strengths and the culture of their company through the use of our proprietary leadership approach called the Thomas G Jones Leadership Diamond to compose effective action planning, identify personal gifting and discover progressive motivation.

Grant Diggles first began his career in business as the owner of a media and marketing company called Cavanagh Media Group. After 18 months of continuous growth, Cavanagh Media Group was acquired and Grant moved his attention to the family business, On-Site Anesthesia Services, Inc. where he began working as On-Site's media and marketing director. After a short time, Grant's interest in the industry began to blossom and, shortly after, took over the company as President and CEO.

As an entrepreneur, Grant has started The Cummings Group, Ridgefield Institute, Personal Enterprise Press and Telling Sound Music over the last 3 years while maintaining his presidency at On-Site Anesthesia Services, Inc.

Grant's passion is in serving others as a business coach and consult. His media background allows him to think outside the box, and has specific interests and talents in strategic business planning.
