I have been in the Automobile Industry since 1987, and have held postions ranging from salesman to General Sales Manager.

My specialty is developing the Internet process in dealerships.  My first Internet job was with Classic Cadillac in 1998.  Back then Internet sales was in its infancy stage and I was lucky to be with a forward thinking dealership.  They realized that this was the way of the future and we began experimenting.

It is amazing after all those years of working the Internet and developing processes, nothing has changed when it comes to selling on the Internet.  What has changed is the different ways of hooking the customer to your site.

In order to be successful,it all comes down to how quickly you respond, and the quality of your response. Plus, in order to succeed on the Internet you better be good at following up.

It is amazing how many quality dealers still don't have a well staffed Internet department.  It takes more than someone who knows how to use a computer to run a successful Internet department.  You need someone with exceptional phone, and closing skills.

I have been married for 19 years and have two great kids.  Taylor who is a junior at St Pius X high school and John Patrick who is in the 8th grade at Our Lady of the Assumption.

In my spare time I spend as much time as possibe with the Knights of Columbus where I am in the 4th degree at council 11402.
