In addition to being a lifelong, die hard Dallas Cowboys fan, Eric also considers himself to be a major cinephile…that’s French for devoted movie lover. Among his favorite films are such classics as The Godfather, Enter The Dragon and Citizen Kane to name just a few. Traveling, exercising, surfing the net and discovering new restaurants also rank high on his list of enjoyable activities.
