I settled in "Almost Heaven" West Virginia over 30 years ago after being raised in NJ, going to school in PA and OH, living in D.C. a while. I’m married with a grown son.
I used to joke with our boy - but I was really dead serious - that he’d have to “keep” me when I’m old and grey. I've had lots of jobs - my favorite was substitute teaching, especially in Special Education - but no pension or retirement plan.
I’m not grey yet, but I shouldn’t count on my son. So I’ve decided to build a substantial residual retirement income. That way my hubby and I can comfortably retire. He’s been a river pilot most of his life, recently on the ferry that crosses the Ohio River from our little town of Sistersville.
Until recently I was a reporter/photographer for county newspaper. Nice work, if you can get it, as the saying goes. You try to please most of the people most of the time. And you learn it’s okay to speak in clichés.
But kidding aside, the reporting has emboldened me to write articles on line, to develop blogs and to join forums. It also gave me community awareness that I lacked previously. As John Donne wrote, "No man is an island." We need each other.
I have two blogs. In Press Releases, I post articles I have written and press releases I find interesting. (I have not posted much on this blog since I left the paper to go back to substitute teaching.)
If you want to read and share thoughts on spiritual matters, you may like to look at Blogging for God.
I like to meet people and share ideas. I would also like to help people make money with some marketing strategies I am learning. I have found a group that has shortened my learning curve considerably. It's called Purple Cowboys Marketing. Yes, they are unique and a fun group.
My primary business is OrGano Gold. Have you heard of our Healthy Coffee? I love the black OrGano Gold coffee. We also have Latte and Mocha and will soon have Hot Chocolate and Green Tea. I can hardly wait!
It's so easy to market OrGano Gold beverages. Most everyone I have had taste them, love them. So listen to our Virtual Organo Gold Tour at 1-800-582-1757, then give me a call: 304-771-1597.
If you would primarily like to drink coffee and tea with Ganoderma. look at my website: Nice & Easy Coffee.
Also, my newest and most promising discovery is a unique program for giving and receiving money. You can learn more about it on God's Blessings. Please put my full name as the person who referred you. Thanks.
I also found a program for those of you who would like to start out on a smaller scale - like, just $5! So take a look at Easy Gifts.
Enough about me - Tell me about you.
Until then, Elizabeth
