Dori Moss

Dori Moss is a young professional who recently completed her MA degree in Human Communications at Georgia State University. While earning her degree, Dori has served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, instructing undergraduates at Georgia State University in Speech Communication. This experience, along with her extensive work with youth through Hadassah’s Young Judaea leadership programs, culminates to form Dori’s passionate drive to help young adults effectively communicate.

 

During her previous post as the Academic Director for the Israeli Consulate to the Southeast, Dori created and supervised the 1st Annual Student Leadership Conference in the Southeast, which was attended by over 100 students from 20 universities. During this weekend conference held in Atlanta, Ga, Dori coordinated educational workshops, guest speakers, lodging, meals and scheduling. These skills were further expanded during her internship at Dale Carnegie in the summer of 2006, where she headed up a PR campaign for the company’s up and coming youth leadership program, Generation.Next.

 

After receiving her BS from Florida State University with honors, Dori has continued to pursue her academic goals within the field of communication through her MA at Georgia State University. During her master’s program, Dori has presented at a national academic conference and has recently been published in the highly esteemed political science journal Political Science and Politics. Her academic successes are mirrored by her commitment to her family and her involvement with Jewish youth leadership in Atlanta.
