Dick Evans Bio

Dick Evans is President of Proliance Resource Group which provides consulting, facilitation and management services to companies in the area of HR, Benefits and Insurance.

Dick received his B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University and has achieved the financial service and insurance designations of CLU, ChFC, FLMI, LLIF. Dick has a broad background of experience ranging from field representative to corporate management, with a focus on marketing and distribution.

He is active in various insurance and HR industry activities and has been a platform speaker at 2000 NAIFA convention (Nashville), chairman of LIMRA agency officer roundtable in 2003 and several other industry leadership roles.  He is a corporate member of SMU's HR Roundtable and a sponsor of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).

Dick co-founded Proliance in Oct. ’04 to assist in helping advisory firms broaden their client offerings through alliance strategies. Dick is also Vice-Chairman and board members of Summit Consolidated (www.yoursummit.com), which is a full service employee benefit consulting firm. He also is a board member of ResourceOne Administrators (www.roatpa.com), a medical third party administrator, and Hatcher Garber and Boles, LLC, a retail benefit brokerage firm.

Dick is involved in the Dallas community as a member of SMEI (www.smei.org), lead partner for Dallas Social Venture Partners (www.dsvp.org) and an active committee member for Vision Regeneration, a non-profit organization that deals in solutions to teen violence (www.vrinc.org).
