Introducing My Irrigation Repair Specialist

With fall and winter upon us, now is the time to install your new system. Why? Two reasons:

  • Your grass is dormant, so any ground distrubance now will be gone when the grass starts returning. No trench lines!
  • Demand, everyone likes to do everything all at once, in the spring. Irrigation companies know this, so their price goes up. Prices come down in the winter because of less demand.

Get a good designer. Draw up a plan (I have a good one). Install your irrigation in the winter. Start watering as soon as the plants go in this spring.

  • $600 per Zone (residential only) using Hunter products with a Rain Sensor installed.

This is a standard syatem with PGP rotors, PGV valves, ProC timer,  Mini Click wireless rain sensor. Residential customers only. Water efficent systems are higher in cost so please call for pricing. Business customers please call for pricing.

  • Refer someone and get $100.00 if they purchase a n irrigation system. Get $25.00 for a landscape lighting install.

    Simple as that.
  • $750.00  5 Light Low Voltage Landscape LightingInstall

This is for a set of 5 lights (path, up or combination of both), 300 watt transformer, wire and photoeye and/or astrological timer. $60.00 for each additional light. This price is for most common lights mentioned on the landscape lighting page from Garden Lights. These are very good, high quality lights. Other acessories purchased at additional cost.

Get three of your neighbors or more to do an irrigation install at the same time and everyone will save $50.00 per zone. $550.00 per zone!
Get three of your neighbors or more to do a Low Voltage Light install at the same time and save $25.00 per install.
(Same street or neighborhood section only). (Referral applies only to the orignal contact or if referred contact refers someone at a later date or location).
