Capabilities and Mindset
From the privileged position of observing a multitude of businesses from the inside out,
David Wolff is a passionate, strategy-minded, problem solver and visionary; an independent thinker whose operant style is to gently question everything…relentlessly. His philosophy is: “Know why, assume nothing, and separate facts from wishful thinking”. He is proficient at executing large scale projects, concept to completion. He believes strongly that branding efforts should be directed inward as well as outward. He is well-versed in the process of assessing market opportunity and market feasibility. He plans, directs, motivates, mentors and participates hands-on in the development of communications for any and every purpose and medium. He collaborates to create the ideas, words, images, technology and tactics that drive a brand strategy. He cultivates strategies, develops and redevelops brands, creates TV and radio spots, websites, print ads, direct marketing, print collateral, videos, multi-media, power point, speeches, press releases, custom communications tools, and experiential events. He is formally trained as a qualitative consumer research director and analyst and has developed his own highly effective, hybrid, qualitative/quantitative methodologies and techniques.
Leadership
David Wolff believes deeply in true teamwork; where team interest comes before self interest. He leads through consensus-building and the encouragement of innovation. He is the rare creative-type that can communicate effectively to a range of professional mindsets and personality types from engineers, to attorneys, to entrepreneurs, to scientists, to artists, to CFO’s, to CEO’s.
With clients and his employer, David takes a tough-love leadership role, helping to set priorities, maintain focus and resist the urge to change the strategy. He is a relaxed public speaker and he writes and presents persuasive proposals and reports tailored to C-level execs, shareholders, middle management or rank and file.

David is well-versed in web technologies, online marketing trends, and new media planning. He is quite familiar with the latest strategies, tactics and daily activities involved with Search Engine Optimization and Pay-per-Click programs, as well as leveraging the assets of Web 2.0 phenomena such as forums, blogs, v-blogs, online communities, social networking sites, business networking communities, affiliate sales channels, and hosted services.
