Chuck Papandrea is the President & CEO of CP Consulting Professionals, INC. and founder of Team Leadership, LLC.  These businesses leverage his business coaching, Lean Six Sigma process improvement and leadership expertise in the service and development of others. Chuck promotes leadership and personal development principles as the foundation for individual, small business owner and business team growth.

Chuck has over 10 years of experience as a Management Consultant and obtained his Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification while employed at GE.  His strong financial background includes a niche specialization in financial management strategy, performance management, change management and process control.

Chuck was named Cobb County Chamber of Commerce Ambassador of the Year for 2009.

Corporate Leadership Experience - GE

Chuck’s 19 year tenure at General Electric included impact in both the industrial and financial service sectors, culminating in six years of driving change and growth as a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Chuck was widely recognized as an accomplished leader, consultant, trainer and project management professional with an established reputation for effective coaching, motivation and influence at all organizational levels.

Chuck also leverages experience and information from over a dozen corporate GE leadership programs, including the Edison Engineering Program, CAP Training, Work-Out Lead Facilitation and the Advanced Leadership & Facilitation Network.

 Formal Education 

Chuck Papandrea earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley

Personal

Chuck Papandrea is an avid reader, firmly promoting the premise that "Leaders are Readers." Chuck and his wife Barbara reside in Marietta, GA and are members of North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, GA.
