Chuck Papandrea has a passion for teaching leadership principles to individuals teams and organizations who want to make a true difference in the world... Identifying, Equipping and Empowering others to achieve Uncommon Results!

Together with a community of like-minded leaders, Chuck's purpose is clear.  Develop leaders capable of developing other leaders - leaders who will inspire average people to accomplish extraordinary results.  RESULTS? Drive bottom line business performance, reduce or eliminate debt, inspire a culture of learning and personal growth, develop better relationships, and create environments that will encourage individuals to "understand why they believe what they believe."

Leadership and Personal Development

In 2006, Chuck Papandrea founded Team Leadership, LLC to leverage his business coaching, Lean Six Sigma process improvement and leadership expertise in the service and development of others.  Chuck promotes a principle-centered leadership and personal development system as the foundation for individual, small business owner and business team growth.

Chuck also works with business owners and their teams to identify and grow the technical and leadership capabilities of their organizations, implementing systems-based improvements under an enhanced leadership structure, resulting in reduced costs, improved profitability, higher quality and long-term competitiveness in the marketplace.

Chuck’s 19 year tenure at General Electric included impact in both the industrial and financial service sectors, culminating in six years of driving change and growth as a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Chuck was widely recognized as an accomplished leader, consultant, trainer and project management professional with an established reputation for effective coaching, motivation and influence at all organizational levels. 

Chuck also leverages experience and information from over a dozen corporate GE leadership programs, including the Edison Engineering Program, CAP Training, Work-Out Lead Facilitation and the Advanced Leadership & Facilitation Network.

Formal Education

Chuck Papandrea earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.

Personal

Chuck Papandrea is an avid reader, firmly promoting the premise that "Leaders are Readers."   Chuck and his wife Barbara reside in Marietta, GA and are members of North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, GA.
