Chris Iansiti (pronounced yon-setti) is the president of IANSITI Performance Group, Inc., an award-winning consulting firm that assesses, trains and coaches managers, executives, and sales and customer service professionals. 

IANSITI Performance Group is known for seamlessly working within the context of each client’s unique culture. The firm helps companies capitalize on change initiatives by providing innovative, customized training to develop and align its talent so they can execute the strategy properly and profitably. The team consists of performance consultants, instructional designers, facilitators, project managers, educational and corporate psychologists, and motivational speakers.

Since studies show that about 90% of workplace skills is learned in practice and 10% through formal training, IANSITI Performance Group offers reinforcement mechanisms to ensure skills learned in training are consistently employed in the workplace. These mechanisms could include a manager’s reinforcement guide, post-training webinars / conference calls, “Cliffs Notes” version of the class for managers, pod casts and performance job aids.

Before establishing IANSITI Performance Group, Iansiti was an officer at Delphi Performance Consulting and a consultant at Andersen Consulting/Accenture. He earned a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University College of Business and an M.S. in Instructional Systems from Florida State University College of Education.
