Caroline Scranton Bell has over seventeen years of Executive Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Marketing and Consulting experience in the elder care.,hospitality and foodservice industries. She is skilled in managing relationships, leading projects, directing work teams, preparing and delivering sales proposals and presentations to C-level clients, and partnering with major industry and trade associations in the hospitality industry.
Recently, Caroline has engaged with Talk Fusion and has been bringing the same professional approach and expertise she leveraged in corporate America to building a core of strong business leaders and others who are likeminded. Prior to establishing her own consulting firm, Caroline worked in high-profile corporate positions, she developed, implemented, and managed clients, alliance, and association programs with top customers that generated over 70% of her employers’ revenue.
Caroline was Vice President of Business Development for Diners Club North America, a key franchisee in the Global twenty-nine billion dollar Citigroup Diners Club International Payment Systems brand. Caroline successfully managed the highest restaurant / retail / revenue generators with sales over $180 M, while maintaining all major strategic relationships. Some of her key accounts were:

Prior to Diners Club, Ms. Bell held positions in Sales and Marketing at American Express Travel Related Services. In this role, she managed the Southwest Florida Market, the #1 territory out of 21 destination markets. Her territory exceeded $200 M. One of her greatest accomplishments was to be
chosen as one of the “Best Marketing Programs from Around the World”.
In both of her roles Caroline Bell has been known for building brands through strategic association relationships. She has been the recipient of multiple awards: two time winner of Presidential Service Award, Best Marketing Award Winner, and Master Award for outstanding achievement, Most Valuable Player and Star Performer Award.
Ms. Bell is active in many organizations. She sits on the board of the Woman’s Food Service Forum. She is an active member of the WFF serving in Chair and
Co-Chair roles of the Volunteer Committee, Sponsorship and Conference Committee.
Caroline Bell also serves on the board of directors for the Cecil B. Day School of Hospitality at Georgia State University. She is a guest speaker at School of Hospitality. As an avid community volunteer, she has mentored young students
to help guide them to their first career opportunity.
