Please allow me to update you on my latest activities,  I have studied for and received the Certified Aging-in-Place specialist designation developed by the  National Association of Homebuilders.   A CAPS professional is trained in the unique needs of the older adult population, aging in place home modifications, comon remodeling projects and solutions to common barriers.

My consultantcy, The Third Act Advisory Group, is looking for speaking venues to educate adults about the preparations needed to age in their homes.  I speak along with a reverse mortgage lender and a long-term care insurance specialist to provide thought-provoking infotmation.  We do not charge for our presentation.  Our target audience is adults, 45+.  If you know of a group that would benefit from our in formation, please contact me.
