Bill Bulloch is a Georgia native and graduated from the University of Georgia. He has lived in various parts of the state, including Albany, where he was born and raised, and all over Atlanta for the last 17 years.

Having owned his own business at the age of 22, Bill learned how the real world operates from a front row seat. The company grew and changed over the 4 years it was in operation, and Bill was exposed to every facet of the up and down curves of a new business. He followed that into a career in finance, with a progression into the residential mortgage business.

Bill is a real estate investor with a group of friends and associates. He is active in his church, Mount Pisgah UMC, serving on the cooking team, the man to man leadership team, and also as a bus driver. His wife, Kathryn, works for an insurance company, and along with their children, Carrison and Will, also attends Mount Pisgah. They make their home in Roswell.

His business goal is to have available for you the most affordable loan programs to aid you in reaching your objectives. Regardless of your circumstances, he'll assist you fully throughout the process. Whether it is a purchase loan, debt consolidation, or one of the many other loan programs he offers, he will pledge his time in researching what is right for you.

Along with the mortgage business, Bill spends his time working on marketing plans for other people's businesses. He meets weekly with a local networking group of established professionals, working together to help each other build more profitable businesses. Bill's marketing ideas are often "out-of-the-box" and create great value for diligent implementers
