Bill's primary employment is as a mortgage broker with Georgia Lending Partners, residential mortgage licensee 15600. They are a reputable mortgage lender committed to helping those in their community to realize their homeownership dreams.

Bill Bulloch is a Georgia native and graduated from the University of Georgia. He has lived in various parts of the state, including Albany, where he was born and raised, and all over Atlanta for the last 17 years.
 
Having owned his own business at the age of 22, Bill learned how the real world operates from a front row seat. The company grew and changed over the 4 years it was in operation, and Bill was exposed to every facet of the up and down curves of a new business. He followed that into a career in finance, with a progression into the residential mortgage business.
 
Bill is a real estate investor with a group of friends and associates. He is active in his church, Mount Pisgah UMC, serving on the cooking team, the man to man leadership team, and also as a bus driver. His wife, Kathryn, works for an insurance company, and along with their children, Carrison and Will, also attends Mount Pisgah. They make their home in Roswell.
