Corporate Trainer and Coach

With more than 25 years of sales, sales management, and consulting experience in a variety of business environments, Beth Jones is a dynamic group facilitator and an expert coach to individuals and groups striving to achieve breakthrough results.

Beth has delivered leadership and sales training programs to corporate clients for the last 20 years. Her broad corporate experience includes facilitation and coaching assignments with companies such as SunGard, Fisher Healthcare, Ameriprise Financial, Sapient, Wyeth, AmerisourceBergen Drug Corp., HighMark Insurance, T.Rowe Price, Halliburton, Brown-Forman and Waypoint, LLC, a nationwide consortium of regional food brokers. She has also worked with RapidTrials, a clinical trials consulting firm. In addition, she has helped design and implement sales and sales management systems for Wells Fargo, First Union, Regions Bank, Bank of America, PNC Bank, Washington Mutual, Canada Trust and Toronto Dominion. Beth has delivered sales training and leadership programs to credit unions such as Commonwealth (San Jose) and Addison Avenue (Denver). In addtion, she has conducted mystery shops and focus groups to help clients assess customer service effectiveness.

She has designed and led skills-based workshops that help managers of all levels coach and lead their people to achieve results. In addition, Beth has coached numerous senior managers one on one to ensure leadership best practices are implemented and modeled throughout their organizations. She has also facilitated "train the trainer" sessions for a variety of programs including Presentation Skills and Sales Training.

She has delivered programs such as Consultative Selling Skills, Managing Consultative Selling Skills, Strategic Prospecting, Territory Selling Strategies, Planning for Key and Premier Accounts, Selling to Small Business, Sales Negotiations, Presentation Skills, Dynamic Selling, Leading an Effective Sales Force, Coaching for Results and many more. 

Beth represents Forum Corporation (www.forum.com) and Omega Performance Corporation (www.omega-performance.com) in her consulting and facilitation assignments. 

In the nonprofit sector, Beth has worked with more than 300 organizations as a consultant, facilitator, and coach, helping them implement and sustain systems for identifying and strengthening their base of donors.

Beth is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina and earned a B.A. in Art History at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  An avid cyclist, skier, ice climber, and hiker, she is committed to excellence and adventure in her personal life.  Beth has completed five Outward Bound expeditions, which included climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro and hiking in New Zealand. Her cycling and hiking have taken her to Europe, Bhutan, Ladakh and Nepal.  Beth lives in Ridgway, Colorado.
