Bernadette Boas is an experienced and versatile change leader with a passion for people and helping determined and committed individuals and businesses, to improve their business, personal and financial goals; profitability, revenue, and productivity. Bernadette is positioned to guide small to medium size businesses with extensive expertise in retail, technology, general business management, and consulting.

As the President of The Boas Group, a business excellence consulting and coaching practice, she leverages over 20 years of driving change and delivering significant revenue and profitability improvements to Fortune 500 retail clients such as Wal-Mart, Target Corporation, Office Depot, Sears, American Retail Group.  In her prior position as Vice President of Global Professional Services Development at NCR Teradata Corporation, she drove significant efficiencies and productivity within the 2500+ employee Global Data Warehouse Consulting organization. During this time, Bernadette was responsible for international strategies focused on Knowledge Management, Data Warehouse Solution Methodology and Processes, and Organizational Development. Bernadette brings this wealth of experience to benefit the firm’s small and medium size businesses who work with her on business planning, strategy definition, team enhancement, marketing and business development initiatives and projects.

Bernadette Boas has led the Services Engineering Community of Interest as its Chairperson of Technology Professional Services Association (TPSA), creating, gathering, sharing best practices, lessons learned, and principles that can benefit all of her clients. TPSA’s membership includes experts from IBM, I Log, HP, Hitachi Data Systems (HDS), NetApp, Cisco and many others.

Bernadette earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Florida Atlanta University, Boca Raton Fl.  

She is a member of Atlanta’s Metro Chamber of Commerce, Atlanta Business Alliance, and Atlanta Women in Business Association, National Association of Professional Women, Women's Leadership Exchange, and others. She is also a contributing writer to Impact Times Magazine, an online magazine.
