Anne Keeton’s entire life has prepared her for her role as a coach. Long before she earned her official international certification in the field, Anne had proven herself to be an innately talented leader, achiever and motivator.  So it was only natural for her to begin helping people make the most of their lives in dramatic and exciting ways.  

A solid foundation for Anne's work began with her college major in sociology and philosophy, ­an ideal foundation for discovering what makes people tick.  But she went far beyond academics by taking on what might well be considered some of the toughest life coaching challenges of all:  helping prison inmates and halfway house residents reform and rebuild their lives.   

Following some time out to satisfy a personal goal of seeing the world, Anne returned from her travels to start a family and pursue her love of helping others through coaching.  It soon became apparent that her life experience and training translated well to coaching in a variety of situations.  Anne's coaching success stories have included:
