Andrew Salisbury

Andrew Salisbury was educated in England, graduating in 1983 from the Netherhall School in Cambridge. Mr. Salisbury started his first company, Access Telecom, in 1991. Over the next three years, he and his business partner built the company to 4.6 million in sales, becoming the largest re-seller of MCI 800 number services in Mexico. Access Telecom provided competitive long distance services to Telmex through an MCI network of reorganization.

In 1996 Mr. Salisbury founded his second company, Triacom. Triacom, through an Octel VMX system, sold voice mail services to sales organizations. Customers included: Merck Sharpe and Dome, Warner Music, Eli Lilly, Samsung, Black and Decker and Hitachi, among others. Triacom still serves customer to this day.

Mr. Salisbury started his third company, Manta Systems in 1999, offering call center services in Mexico. Manta Systems’ name was changed to Corsidian, Inc. after a management buy-out, resulting in Mr. Salisbury being the Chairman and CEO.

More than ten years of experience validate Corsidian’s commitment towards its customers. Under Mr. Salisbury's leadership, Corsidian has become one of the leading suppliers within the Contact Centers Solutions Industry, providing experienced staff to assist customers in strategy definition and the creation of contact solutions which help the companies acquire new customers while increasing existing customer base loyalty and satisfaction, with over a consistent growth in sales, and operations in 13 countries.
