Alanna is a seasoned Relationship Marketing Consultant with more than 20 years in Sales, Marketing, Management and building relationships that last. As a consultant, Alanna has worked with diverse firms in strategizing, planning and implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. Alanna has worked with such industry leading technology providers as Polycom, Accord Networks, and PBS as well as other firms such as Fidelity, Bank of America, and SunTrust Bank.

Alanna is the Chief Evangelist at Profiling Solutions, a software integration consulting firm that enables companies to attract, maintain and retain clients utilizing software tools to gain a competitive advantage.  Growing your client communication is dependent on the effective “capture” of  personalized information.  This specific and detailed information encompasses more than the simple transactional sale for a B2B organization. In reality, it’s the business knowledge that can arm you with a competitive edge to generate more sales from your existing clients as well as re-market new products and services.  Without this information, your database of information is nothing more than a glorified rolodex of names or quite simply for accounts recievables. 

Today, Alanna works with business owners, sales managers, project managers as well as marketing departments, technology teams and corporate strategy and communications.  Her passion is to help each department to better understand who their customer is, what they are looking for and how to make that happen, no matter the number of people.

Ms. Galiano co-authored Implications of Gender Bias in Family Business, published in the  Family Business Review, and was a conference presenter at 1993 Family Business Educators Conference and at the Inaugural Conference of the National Family Business Program Association.     Ms. Galiano holds aMBA & Bachelor of Science in Management from A.B.
